I'd like to start off by saying you are getting a review from a no-nonsense lady who's been around a while and lived all over the country.

I lived at Madison Park for over 5 years, 2 apartments during that time, and I am very sad I had to leave. A few months ago my health took a turn for the worse and I was forced into a retirement home by doctors and family. This was more than a huge disappointment to me because I loved my home! I was lucky to have a corner unit over the creek. For an old lady like me, it's hard to find a place that is quiet and as well maintained inside & out like this place was, at a price that is affordable.

I will always recommend this apartment complex to people I know because of the beautiful apartments, and the wonderful staff I have gotten the opportunity to know over the years. There have been quite a few maintenance people, but the manager Shelly has been there since I moved into my first apartment, and the assistant Racheal has been there a few years too. Shelley runs a tight ship and does not let my neighbors cause a ruckus, and I appreciate that! The last few months I was here, they even started delivering my mail to my door. That is beyond any expectations I would ever have for an apartment!

Someday I hope to be well enough to move back, but if not I wish all the people there the best of luck! I will always remember the kindness I was given, and will never forget my time spent at Madison Park. Just take a drive through the complex and you will see a beautiful and quiet place!
