What seems at first to be a nice area is quickly overcome when you try to park anywhere. Most of the people in the area use the garage space as storage and park where everyone else is left with. Guests will have a two block hike up the hills to your home. Do not rent a lower level unit because the floors squeak so bad when you walk that it will sound as if the person above you is constantly moving furniture overhead.
