Over-priced Yuppy-ville!

If you can afford to rent here, you should own your own home. The rents are typical of the overpriced rental market in the Pacific Northwest! It's not only designed after San Francisco townhomes, but priced as though you live in San Francisco.
The quality of these townhomes makes you wonder if your unit will slide down the the hill in a good Northwest rainfall!
And don't ask management for any help on necessary needs you have because you're likely to put someone out in the leasing office.
I can't believe for all the rent that people pay here, there's only one garbage dump. Residents from the units up on the hill have to drive their trash down in order to get rid of it. They couldn't have built a 2nd trash area'''
The landscaping leaves something to be desired. The plants, shrubs and trees are barely anchored into the cedar chips because what lies beneath is basically leftover contruction cement.
