I agree with the fact that the heaters here don't work at all. If you don't have a fireplace, forget about using the very small baseboard heaters to heat your home. To add to this, all but one of the tiny heaters is directly underneath a window, a lot of good that does. We had to buy a heater from costco (that is also what the maintenance people recommended). The maintenance people here are actually quite nice. I understand about the parking problem, but it makes sense to make sure not to park where it would be considered in the way. Rent is high for what we are living in. Yes, it is "modern" and all of the color schemes look great. But you would think that for this amount of rent, you would be able to heat the apartment.
The management is alright but the leasing agent is the one to complain about. I have been contacted two of the staff multiple times about something with our lease, they have not gotten back to us at all in the past 2 months. If the see us, they just apologize for not getting back to us and say that they are working on it. (right...)
If you want or need any maintenance work done, unless it is a dire emergency, don't count on a speedy response. We had a few problems and the only reason (at first) that the main. people couldn't get into our apartment is because they didn't have a key! (How does that work?) Even though there is a lot of "room" space, there is hardly any storage space. Hence why everyone uses their garage for storage. Having a garage underneath our bedroom was also interesting. The door openers are so loud! Somehow we also got stuck with neighbors that are pretty loud, but at least they aren't loud a lot.
The positive things about this place is the 24 hour fitness room, the pool, and the jacuzzi. Oh, also the club house. Having a little theatre is pretty nice.

You are correct, you pay luxury price for nothing. I have had nothing but problems there and am leaving finally with a bad taste, wouldnâ??t recommend it. Beautiful apartment, but the service is terrible. The amenities are always closed; they work on their time not the tenants. The hot tub is constantly in repair, you can never plan a schedule around it. After almost two years there, several letters and phone calls to the staff, I am sad but tired of bad service. You do NOT get what you pay for.
