Too expensive

We lived in Pinnacle Sonata for a short period of time. Noise was a HUGE problem. For the amount of rent we paid, we would expect a soundproof unit; or at least considerate neighbors. Guest parking is an issue. Also, the staff does not manage issues/concerns adequately.
