I made a bad review here last year about this apartment. Corey, the leasing agent, is now gone and things are a lot better. It is amazing how one person can ruin your entire opinion about an apartment. I still agree that if you live in an apartment without a fireplace, keeping your apartment warm is going to be hard, but other than that, this place is a great place. I guess that I would recommend this apartment, as long as you know and understand the problems.
1. parking (a lot of people who have a garage don't use it, or they have more than one car)
2. heating the apartment
3. the work out room is a little small, but gets the job done
4. a tad expensive. The rates are coming down, but still on the high side.

Otherwise, the staff is GREAT! The grounds are well kept and a lot of people here are very easy going.
