location, location, location! this place by far has the best location; close to 405 and 522, but noise isn't an issue;close to business parks and shopping, but not overrun by traffic. the staff has always been friendly and caring, tending to needs almost immediately. the community is very well maintained (landscaping, paint, buildings) and ammenities are generous. price may be considered high, but all is definitely well worth.
