I have lived here for a couple of months now. Before I moved in, I read the following reviews. I must say I was a bit apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. However, I have found that my neighbors-actually everyone that I have met, are very very nice people. I hardly ever see any of the management staff, nor have I run into any problems with them. I have a killer view and the 2 bedrooms are so big. I don't feel that the price is too much for a 2 bedroom and garage. Comparing it to others, it's fairly inexpensive. I really only have one complaint and that is parking. I would agree with the others when saying that a lot of people don't use their garage. You can always seem to find a spot though. I'm glad I moved here!
