Okay, we looked and looked for an apartment and ended up chosing Pinnacle sonata.
-very spacious 3bedroom 2.5 bath
-great floor plan (most 2 story apts we looked at didn't have a powder room on the main floor.
-leasing agent was very friendly, but when it was time to check in, we dealt w/ the maintenace man and he was just plain rude! he gave us a list of don'ts that were not explained previously: tenants can't install satellite dishes (you must purchase a tripod which can cost up to $100), can't install window air conditioners (the heat was unbearable in the summer)...blah, blah, blah.
-several tenants allow their dogs to run freely, and don't clean up after them. overall, the grounds are well-maintained, though.
-watch out: water and sewer is divided between 3 apts, no individual meters.
-the walls don't keep out the noise.
-rent is as much as mortgage
my review sounds more negative, than positive, but we've been happy w/ the floor plan, storage space, pool, gym, and overall safety of living in this community.
we will not, however, renew our lease...
