These people do not know how to manage an apartment to save their lives. They couldn't keep garbage under control; they couldn't clean an apartment prior to move-in properly; they couldn't shut off services properly. We had to spend months after moving out negotiating with the gas and electric companies to confirm our absence from an apartment we vacated long ago, but the gas and water services for which were still being billed to us, even after management at the apartment assured us repeatedly that said services had been turned off.
At this point, we feel that not only is the management incompetent, but due to the extensive vacancies that were present throughout our (fortunately brief) stay there, but is actively engaged in fraudulent billing practices.
Avoid at all cost.
