Only been her about a month but have not witnessed ANY of the complaints in the previous postings. We looked at a MILLION apartments before settling on this one and the price was reasonable compared to others in the area. During the week parking has not been a problem but it has taken a few minutes to find a space sometimes on a Sunday afternoon. I think you run into that in any apartment complex through. I would recommend the place to others ina heartbeat (in fact I already have :)
