I like living here but the rents are too high for the area.

I have enjoyed my stay so far at Pinnacle Sonata. I am in the one bedroom den that does not have a fireplace or garage.
I do feel that rent is quite high for my unit and the fact it is in the area of Bothell.
The staff is generally friendly. One person I can think of right off the bat is Mike Clark. He is always friendly and tries to get matters handled as quick as possible. However, they need to hire more maintanence staff. There are clearly not enough staff to promptly handle maintanence matters.
