Pinnacle Sonata

Our experience at Pinnacle Sonata is something we want to forget. The rent is very high actually really overpriced. There is a major problem with the management, especially the property manager Linda, she needs to go in for a "courtesy course".During the time that my husband and I lived there, we spent huge amounts on the electricity and gas bills, main reason being that the formal living room is equipped only with a fireplace for heating purposes and that too is very ineffective.We were perpetually cold in that house.The rest of the house has some electric heaters which didnt work and evidently couldnt be fixed by the maintenance staff.During winters it was warmer outside then inside! There must be a major insulation problem. If you have young kids, please dont move in, they will be miserable and you will be too.Maintenance staff was always a problem, it used to take anywhere between 3-4 days to get something fixed, if not longer. Noise is another major havoc,we could hear what our neighbours were doing all the time, from anywhere, as the layout is really freaky.We had the master bedroom on the first floor and right above that was our neighbours living room, complaining didnt help as the management is useless...Move in at your own risk and only if you have money to throw away!
