One of my friends worked on these apartments as an insulation installer back in '98 or 99. He had to work with mostly prisoners from the county jail who were building most parts of these apartments on work release.

I Lived there for 2 years in one of the Tremelo units. Never heard the neighbors, except for the electric garage door opener that was conviently placed directly under my bedroom. The management changed 3 times while I was there. The first group was great, the second was rude and unreliable, and the third was very disorganized.

I liked the unit I was in, good floorplan plenty of space, decent appliances. I didn't really like neighbors, either they were rude and had the "I'm better that you attitude", or they were partying with their friends all the time. Kind of a strange mix.

I will never live in Bothell again due to the police department there gives as many traffic tickets as possible. I was constantly being pulled over and recieved 5 tickets just going to the store or work, I'm not a bad or reckless driver, but they seem to think anyone going 2 mph over the speed limit is a criminal. They even searched my Lexus once, I still don't know why. Just watch out for bothell PD, the bothell municipality is highly funded by people driving through. Thats one reason theyre are so many businesses there, bothell has such low taxes on businesses they have to make money somewhere else. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
