We have lived at Pinnacle Sonata for 2 1/2 years and the only reason why we have made it this long is because I promised my husband we would not move for awhile.

There are three things you need to know about living here:

1) EXPECT your rent to go up at least 9.5% each year. This is how this complex rewards good tenants.

2) DON'T expect the office staff to follow through on anything they say.

3) If the gym feature of the complex is one of the important things you are considering, think again. They don't service the equipment and it is falling apart.

We specifically chose a BRE complex because of our previous experience in renting in a BRE complex in California. That place had two great workout facilities that they kept up and replaced when equipment aged and they took very good care of the exterior and interiors. Pinnacle Sonata does none of this.

The floorplans are great but that is about it. They don't repaint or change out the carpets. They just patch things up.

Very disappointing especially for what we pay.

Very true what this renter had to say. I paid extra to break my lease to get out of there. Paper thin walls, no parking, high rent, horrible staff.
