My wife and I lived here for 3 years and the best thing I can say about the place is that these apartments are much nicer then a lot of the crap out there.
Like many others, dealing with the managemnet has been an up and down expirence. When we first moved in and for the next year or so the management was OUTSTANDING. Currently they seem to show a "dont care" attitude.
The gym is a joke, the equiptment is either broken or is so outdated its pointless to use. The pool is like any other pool out there. The hot tub is currently broken AGAIN and has been for some time now (with no end in sight of being repaired.)
The actual apartement is great. The apartment units have west facing windows and during the summer months it will get to about 95degrees inside our apartment. We bought an air conditioner to stay cool. The units themselfs are nicely made. If you share a hallway with a neighbor that is the only time you can hear your neighbors.
Parking sucks on the weekends as many people come to these apartments. Nice location.
