$1400 for a 1 bedroom apartment all the way up in Bothell' Holy freaking cow is all I can say. I will say the apartment has a lot of room and a garage so that makes it nice.

It was a total mess when I moved into the apartment. The oven had oven cleaner sprayed all inside and it's a self cleaning oven. The bathroom was totally disgusting and when they sent someone up to reclean it they ended using my cleaning supplies as they only brought a few paper towels and some windex. I ended up spending at least 1.5 hours cleaning it myself. In addition to it being dirty there was broken glass on the floor that I found with my bare foot slashing it open. Also my kitchen sink is useless as you cannot put anything down the garbage disposal as it will clog it up it had to be fixed by a plumber 3 times.

I'm not sure why they call these "Luxury" apartments as there isn't anything that would qualify them for luxury status in my mind. There aren't granite countertops or even nice quality cabinetry or nice fixtures on the sinks. Also the finish work on the apartment is terrible, the wall in my bathroom is literally curved. They repainted the outside of the apartments last year and they managed to get paint all over my bonsai plants then left all the tape around the door.

Don't expect to get any of your deposit back, just basically write it off as money you will never see again. I completely cleaned out my apartment and made it look better then when I moved in but I still got charged for carpet cleaning. Oh and rent is due on the 3rd, not the 5th like most places and they will charge you $75 if your late.

There are tons of dogs here and many of them are pit bulls. Many of the owners don't clean up after their dogs either so use caution on the lawns. Parking is irritating as there are people who have 2 car garages plus a drive they can fit a car in but some of those people park where people without garages park, so have fun searching for a spot after hours.
