We have been living here for only a couple of months, and so far so good. The unit seemed very clean when we moved in except for the fact the the privious tenet was and indoor smoker, i have managed to get a majority of the smell out, but on hot days and in the garage it still stinks. When we did our walk through ( we signed papers on a mon and we were moving on a sat) the shower door did not open, but they came by on sat when we were moving and fixed it. about 3 weeks ago we did stop in and let mant. know that our dryer is not drying on the 1st or sometimes 2nd cycle and out dishwasher is not releasing the dishsoap but they have not been by yet (when we signed the lease they said 24hrs.) i dont hear the other residents, and they dont hear us (good thing, big mariner fans) parking stinks i work nights and my partner works day and his truck doesnt fit in the garage so i park in front of him and in the morning he has to play musical cars. We really do like the area, i think paying a little bit more for a townhouse is worth it, we live close to the playground so my child can spend most of the day outside and i know just where he is while still getting all of my house work done.
