Most of them are probably people that want to go somewhere to ----- about minor problems. The apartments are nice, it's pretty quiet in the neighborhood and the leasing staff and maintenance crew are all pretty cool.

I took the time to post to say something nice about the place, do not believe all the negative hype, those people are definitely in the minority.

I do currently live here and I am not a staff member. In fact the only one I know on a first name basis is Liz and she is cool.

I'd love to know what apartment you are living in, because it obviously isn't in the same complex as the rest of us. The management doesn't make people pick up after their dogs, they allow people to park halfway out into the road with some huge truck, others park on the side of the road even though their driveway is empty..... There are kids running all over the place that have no manners and no one watching them. Half of the grass gets flooded in the Spring time because they overwater the grass and there ends up being about a half inch of water in your back yard.

Really? You want management to be the dog poop police? I think that would just be a common courtesy issue for the residents with dogs. Like I said before, most of the stuff you're complaining about has nothing to do with management, if a car is blocking the road call the tow company, you need management to do it for you? Is the car in your way? Really? If it is such a hindrance for you do something about it. About the only thing on here that management could do anything about is the watering issue. I will admit that the kids can be annoying though. You got me there.

I've lived there almost a year and have had a mostly pleasant experience. The unit is wonderful - love the floor plan - and I don't ever really hear my neighbors. The only negative thing for me is that the carpet was very aged and worn, though clean, when I moved in. Due to age, it has been a dirt magnet, and I cannot make it look clean w/out hiring a carpet cleaner. I suspect some of the stains bled back through after time from the previous cleaning. Also, I live on the second floor, with 16 stairs (inside) that are covered in light biege carpet. This has been impossible to keep clean. Would be nice if there was plastic liners over it or darker patterned carpet. My appliances are also on their last legs and it takes two dryer cycles to dry clothes, along with the squeak. Overall, however, I've had good experiences with the office staff. They have been polite and courteous and helpful. Liz and Traci. Thanks.
