I love the floor plan, but you know? This place is slipping badly. Stuff doesn't get fixed like it should, the grounds guys are about worthless. They mow around all the garbage the kids drop all over out on the grass. Just leave it there. There are old oil filters in the bushes, trash and all sorts of nasty things around. I like the nasty ripped up old mattress on some guys patio I've been looking out on for months now. I mean why would anyone KEEP that? Makes you wonder what the rest of his furnitue must look like!
Parking is ridiculous. There's this one apartment and they have abuot five cars. They don't even use their garage for cars they just take up all the spaces. Then there's another guy who likes to play mechanic on his cars and have his friends over and they're out there pretending their NASCAR...the class of the tenants is dropping steadily.
Management, Liz is pretty good, and Stephanie was a doll. But that Tracy? Is kind of rude! She's always "too busy" for tenants, and when you ask her for anything she almost snarls. I guess she's too impotent for us mere tenants. And getting hold of anyone at the office is a misery. They don't answer the phone and they don't return calls. You have to GO down and sit and wait to talk to them.
There is a wild herd of unsupervised kids running about I call the Brat Pack, they're out there yelling and getting into stuff and you never see their parents. I guess they feel they're safe enough, but what about those of us being safe FROM them?
It was better a year ago, but it is slowly disintegrating. And getting maintenance to fix stuff? They do show up, but they are pretty untalented at repairs...and they leave a frigging mess when they do come! Most of the time the apartments are pretty quiet, although my one set of neighbors slam their doors and scream obscenities at each other pretty regularly, which is fun to listen to.

Don't know what to think of this review either. Granted it's almost three years ago. But Treacy has been more than pleasant to work with, even with my rather off the wall situation. Maintenance has been timely and efficient, even going above and beyond on one occasion, and the only kids I've seen are a group of girls walking quietly back to their apartment. No "NASCAR" guys, most people don't even open their garage it seems. There are the occasional "you have way too many cars yet don't use your garage which could hold three of them" tenants. And there are the blatant fire lane parkers. Seems standard in apartments.
I can only speculate that major changes have happened.
