Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Very expensive, heating is terrible and expensive. For the amount of rent I pay, I expect management could at lease clean the public areas. Water/sewer is handeled by an outside company, since they have started billing for the utility my bills has doubled. I notice many people moving out and no many moving in. I think its time to look for a new place. One year is enough.
