Parking Sucks! There is not enough spaces for the amount of tenants that live here. Guest have no hope of finding a place. And dont consider blocking your drive way in, the maintance men are on some kind of weird power trip when it comes to marking your car with stickers you have to scrape off and will tow at a drop of a hat.
The management staff is pretty unproductive and has done nothing to solve any of the parking problems or other issues that may arrise. The have a very condensending attitude towards tenants, as if we should feel privelege we are being allowed to live here.
The apartments themselves are nice and roomy, but not worth the hassle of the parking, rude maintaince staff and indifferent management.
