These apartments look nice but no insulation leads to alot of noise from your neighbors. You can hear everything your neighbor does without going into detail.
They also let the kids run wild and destroy property. Even thou its the parents who should be watching there own kids.
The staff is very nice but dont seem to respond to noise complaints to fast. If your noise sensitive dont live here because you will hate every minute of it. They do clean the grounds often and it can look nice. However people tend to miss the garbage dumpsters and there trash ends up everywhere. If you have to live here I would only recommend the top floors where atleast you dont have people walking on your head.
