I agree with the last two comments. These apartments are nice looking, roomy and the grounds are kept neat. However there is no insullation between floors and walls and you can hear your neighbors sneeze, cough, or whatever. You will hear music, tv's even if your neighbor does not play them loud. Now if you get rude neighbors like I did you will hear double the noise and it will drive you nuts until the staff does something. The staff here is very nice and has asked people to move due to there rudness. I also agree that kids will be running around but I have seen the kids I think the first person was talking about. There was kids destroying property at one time but I think they have stopped or they might have moved away. There is a group of kids who run around and some wonder where there parents are because they are very loud sometimes. I think these apartments are in a good location but like the first person said if your noise sensitive then you might want an apartment on the top floor or another complex that has better insullation between walls and floors. Also parking is good depending where in the complex you live.
