I liked living here.

I loved my apartment, it was within walking distance to my work. Many of my neighbors are people I work with, and already have good relationships with. Brand new appliances, the built in bookcases pre-wired are fantastic!! I?m pretty tall for a girl @ 5? 11" & the 9" ceilings are great and definitely make the apartment feel more spacious. I have a great unit facing the forest, but it is possible to get unit with the same floor plan looking straight in to your neighbors apartment. The managers are fantastic, but because the complex is owned by a corporation at times feels like you?re dealing with faceless employees. they do how ever do a decent job of trying to overcome that. The benefit of the complex being owned by a corporation is that the running of the complex is VERY professional. The maintenance workers are great, and "not creepy" as I have experienced in other various places I?ve lived in. As long as you don?t live near the MIDDLE of the complex the "kids" problem seems to go away. This is also one of the few places where parking open parking is GREAT and reserved parking if so desired is reasonable. Only words of advice, while the first floor apartments have "real" doors to the patios and the 2nd & 3rd floors have sliding glass doors, they are terrible @ retaining heat, which is nice in July but VERY bad in November. Definitely recommend, and in fact have referred people.
