I have lived at providence for almost 2yrs. So I feel my statement is true on what I have observered. I have to sadly say they are going down hill. When I first moved in the neighbors were nice working citizens and working families. The grounds were kept neat and people respected each other and the property. Now they rent to whoever and whatever. My neighbors are not so nice anymore and they sure dont have any respect for others and the grounds. They litter and dont care if there garbage does not make it in the dumpster or not. People are speeding thru the parking lot and loud stereo's are thumping thru walls. And sorry but these apartments are made bad which doesnt help the noise. These nice apartments are turning into your typical apartments where people just dont care about each other. Im hoping to buy something soon and move on. I will miss the people in the office as most of the time they are nice. I hope in the future they can start screening there new residents like they did before so these apartments dont turn into really bad apartments to live at.
