I love my darling apartment and have just renewed my lease for a second year. I have no complaints about management, maintenance or parking.

BUT...there are a lot of kids always riding their bikes in the parking lot and they do a lot of yelling and screaming. The adult neighbors are noisy, too - last summer I had one neighbor who had a keg party on his balcony every weekend and another who talked on her phone on her balcony so loudly I could hear her. I don't know if it's the accoustics or what, but the whole place seems uncommonly LOUD.
