Ask how much sewer bill will be before moving in $$$$

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
They charge me $38 a month just for sewer...and $4 on top for service fee..add $3 for water bill and total monthly is $45 for a one bedroom apt...that has no microwave no fireplace and $800 a month...flooring is cheap vinyl squares...not put in well.....Noisy, I hear the man upstairs snoring all night and also hear all walking and talking.....You have to have renters Insurance prior to moving in......kick back on that to' my friend lives up the street with same amount of units, he has a 3 bedroom and pays $24 sewer charge....what is up...same street..
