We moved into Providence after looking at about 15 other apartment complexes in the area. We needed an interim place to live while our home is being built. We find that the staff at Providence is professional, and willing to work with us as our circumstances have changed. I LOVE seeing the grounds being well kept. We chose Providence because the unit floorplan "lives like a house." This is not your typical apartment. We have been pleasantly surprised by lack of noise (although you can hear steps upstairs).

When we've had a maintenance issue, not only is the work done within 48 hours, but we receive a call from the office to ensure it was done to our satisfaction!

It is more pricey than some, but I've been impressed by how the grounds are maintained. It was worth it for us, and not that far off from others in the area. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a nice complex!
