Providence is a bright and happy beacon way above the rest of the Bothell area Apartments.... By Far!
When I was divorced 3 years ago, Myself and my youngest daughter moved from our home in Mill Creek and were put into the world of Rentals. At the time, I hadn't rented an apartment for the better part of 15 years, so to start out with I didn't really know what to look for or expect. Long story short, I settled at the first place I visited and have had one of the most horrible on-going experiences ever with a "BRE" property off of Bothell Everett Hwy.
Last Spring I finally gatherd myself and started looking for Apartments again. On a Beautiful spring weekend, I came and Visited Proivedence. I will honestly say that is was a weight lifted off my back to see a staff of professional managers that were so responsive and helpful. I didnt require any special attention, but I felt like they went out of their way to accomidate my every need, and I think they should be recognized for that. It's hard to find people that actually care about you in the Apartment Business, and that don't treat you like your "just another" person.
As for the info that everyone really wants from this website:
My apartment is their small two bedroom, I forget the actual name of the floorplan, but its the one with the bedrooms that are side by side. I love it!
I love to cook and I have a kitchen with a great bar counter to entertain with. I have a top floor so with my vaulted ceilings you really have the extra space you need from a 2 bedroom. All the applicances are new and they have icemakers!!! Yay Ice!!!
Other than that, noise isnt bad at all, My neighboors are wonderful so no complaints from me.
I would highly recomend Providence to anyone looking to be treated with Respect and that want a comfortable, long term, and peaceful place to live.
