Beautiful apts but has it's minuses

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
Okay... I was living with my mother and brothers here for aproximately 3 years and here is what we found:
Positives
-Nice size floorplans
-Nice kitchens/bathrooms
-Feels very homey compared to other cheap apartments
-The pool is always clean and looking nice
-The lady in the office is very nice.
-Getting on to 405 is a breeze and very convient access to everything.
-Grounds are well taken care of and beautiful
-Gave wonderful notice when they clean your deck and paint exterior of building
Negatives
-Parking can be a problem
-My car was broken into once- luckily they must've got scared off cause they only stole the faceplate of the cd player
-If your even a little late with rent they will send you a eviction notice.
-Walls are thin... you can literally hear the person to your sides pee.
Most of these negatives you have at every apartment complex so if you compare it with other for the little higher price your paying for a great location, staff and an beautiful interior. = )
