I lived at Providence for a year. There were several good things about my place. The parking was always fine. The staff was wonderful, especially Tim and Taylor (who aren't there anymore) but the new staff was great too. My floor plan was spacious, never had any maintenance problems. It was quiet.

But I did have some negative experiences. The worst one was mold. As I packed to move out, I especially noticed it; books, clothes, purses, laptop cases, furniture. The list goes on and on. I probably would have stayed if it wasn't for all the mold problems (and them upping my rent quiet a bit). Part of the problem is that I was on the ground floor and let's face it; Washington is just a damp state to live in. So mixed reviews on my experience there...
