I went to see an apartment recently and was treated rudely! FYI-this is not good business, maybe it was because i was wearing flip flops'!'
The rent is very expensive and the floorplans are small. Also I heard that the walls are paper thin and you can hear someone snoring next door to you. A person told me this as I walked around to check things out before I walked into the office only to be treated poorly.

also, it did not look like there was very much parking..

While your opinion is welcome I feel it is unfair as you are not a renter. Please see my review (Best place to live) we have been with providence for 4 years and let me tell you I am a super picky gal who will bark when things are not right as yes we do pay a higher rate for quality like Providence provides. I did have a problem at one point with the downstairs renter but with each complain they did notify her and she finally stopped turning her TV up full blast... they were just so on-top of it! I am so sorry you were treated poorly as that is not the norm and wish you would have given it a second look. This place has been a real haven for my husband and I. Hope you found a special place. :o)
