Pros:
Floorplan - I have a one bedroom unit and find it to be well planned and spacious.
Complex - Clean grounds, nice walking trails next to stream.
Staff - Friendly, responsive
Noise - I found a lot of people noting noise as an issue. I guess I just lucked out with good neighbors (and maybe the fact I only share one wall).
Location - Enough said.

Cons:
Price - I feel like Providence really skimped on a few things. E.g., EVERYTHING is painted the same color. Why couldn't they have left at least the wood trim wood' That would have made such a huge difference with the overall feel of the unit. I guess the point is I feel I pay a little too much for the overall quality of the unit. Not that big of a deal, though. I do not think these units should be labeled as "luxury". Nicer than many, yes, of course they are.
Parking - Only later in the night. And really, doesn't everywhere have this issue'
Theft - There were two cars broken into within a month or so. Likely low end easy to access vehicles. This issue can also be seen pretty much anywhere.

Bottom line: If you are looking for decent units, great location, good staff, and don't mind the price, I would recommend looking at Providence.
