What is not to love about Providence' It is quiet. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Great floor plans. Providence has the best office staff an apartment complex has ever had, really helpful and friendly, treat you like a human being. Any maintenance issues were handled really quickly. No surprise move-out fees. There is a great nature walk area that separates the complex from the busy road so that you barely hear the road at all (my husband is very sensitive to that sort of thing and it never bothered him). You feel tucked into the trees, yet shopping is walking distance. I loved feeding the ducks at the pond with my daughter and throwing pine cones off the bridge by the stream. All of our neighbors were really friendly. The only non-perfect thing is that sometimes it is hard to find a parking space after 6 or 7 in the evening right by our building, so we would park a few buildings down where there was more parking available, a short walk. When we chose our apartment we looked at several different places for the same price and nothing even came close to how nice and well kept these apartments are. I loved living there. The only reason we moved is that we finally bought our own house. If we ever end up renting again I would go back in a heartbeat. I highly highly recommend Providence Apartments.
