I lived at providence for 8 months but transfered to another equity property because i needed a place closer to work. I loved every minute that i stayed here it was quiet the only downside was that i lived on the first floor and it was freezing in the winter the apartment didnt seem to hold in heat very well and the windows would sweat on the inside wich became annoying having to wipe them down. Other than that it was a great place to live and I would move back in a heartbeat but i would pick the second or third floor over the first floor.
