Under New Management - Not An Improvement

I'm going on a year and a half here, and when I moved in I liked it. The complex is fairly small and was privately owned, the management staff was friendly and the maintenence guy (Roger) was efficient and nice. I never had any major repair issues though. Right around late summer of this year (2006) the owner sold the property, Roger left and the office staff changed. For awhile it was temporary people. Now we have one person in the office, the complex manager and the office hours are pretty inconvenient if you work during normal 9-5 hours. Seems like anytime I need to do anything involving the office, it's like playing cat and mouse to catch her in there. Lately she's been sick, and so with no one else to run the office, we (the residents) have no one to get us our packages, file work orders or deal with anything else. My lease ends in 2 months and I will be moving. Pity everywhere I move goes from nice to crap.

I totally agree...I left about the same time and it's too bad it sold to new people because this place just went down hill FAST!
