I lived here on a top floor home for a year. At first I was in love with it, a really unique floorplan and I had a great view with trees around me and it was cozy. Heres the story : When I left, the old management had just been let go or whatever because they sold the property. Too bad...It seems the old staff NEVER was as rude and "know it all" as the ONE PERSON now. The old manager also split her time between properties just like this gal but at least they had an on-site leasing agent to talk to about maintenance or hand rent to or pick up packages so I don't buy that excuse. This place has went down hill big time. My old neighbor had called me over one night to look at the rotten circle in her deck that had started to give way (we were both on the top floor by the way), turns out she wasn't the only one with that problem! The mainteance guy at that time was aware of the need for repairs but was waiting to get the money to do it, at least that's what he and the leasing agent told me when I noticed mine starting to do the same thing and the paint chipping off the top with mold being exposed! Then they sold the property so who knows what will happen! Also, our building had ants coming in from stoves, cabinets, hot water tanks...everywhere. All of our building was in shock and my downstairs neighbors ended up having to break there lease because they couldn't stand the ants anymore. Exterminators had to come into our building and deep spray every unit and lay bait under the building multiple times before there was an improvement. The rent is cheap but the quality of service, quality construction, and customer service from the "staff" is not worth it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I did and am not looking back!
