I?d give this place a BIG, FAT, two fisted, all American double birdie.

What is the deal with this location' The first year I lived here everything went really well. The apartment management was pleasant, I always found parking and never saw a spore of mold.

In the last 10 months problems with mold started to appear in the closet, on the windows seals and in the bathroom. I cannot count the total number of shoes, ties and pants I have had to throw away because of the mold. These are supposed to be new apartments!

In the 2 years I?ve been there, I?ve seen a HUGE turnover in hired staff. It seems that every month I go drop off my rent check and there is a new face behind the desk. Could this be a red flag' Hmmm...yeah.

You can forget about customer relations with these people. Sure, they are real nice while they are showing you the place, but I assure you, they won?t tell you about the car prowlers that have hit that place the last 6 months in a row and how they don?t really care how happy you are living there after the lease is signed.

After they lock you into your lease, God forbid that you should forget to pick up a single turd from your dog the night before or they will threaten eviction!

Sure...great place to live if you like having mold, your car slolen MORE THAN ONCE, and shi**y attitudes by the unprofesional office staff. Needless to say, this will be the last lease I sign here.

Run far and fast....very far...very fast.

Would recommend Avalon Rockmeadow. Lived there 4 years and not one bit of mold. Lots of mold here at Salmon Run
