I rented when they first opened up in 2000. For a brand new apartment I guess I should have warned all the neighbors about the mold. I told staff who did nothing about it and I was left to all the bleaching. The staff likes to also come into your apartment with out your permission which needless to say is illegal! Essex corporation itself will NOT listen to your complaints. The fitness room is waaay to small.








Overall I would have to say that this was the worst renting experience to date.

As of March 2007, there is still a problem with mold. Maintenance just tells you to keep the windows open. Right, it's winter, 32 degrees and snowing but, wait in the lease agreement, it states....Resident agrees to use all reasonable care during inclement weather to close all windows and other openings in the premises to prevent outdoor water from penetrating into the interior unit. Never mind the blocked gutters that forces the water to gush down the walls.
