The old management ruled the complex and tenants with repect & dignity. This used to be a fabulous place to live until the new manager (a.k.a. "wicked witch of the west") came on board. The old management CARED about their tenants. This management could CARE LESS about their tenants - all they think about & care about are the bonuses that they get for NOT being flexible. Everything is now blamed on "Corporate" as being why they can't help you.


Also - forget about getting any brownie points for being a good tenant anymore. There are no more benefits like being offered a year lease or only suffering a moderate rent increase upon renewal when you've been a good tenant. Corporate & the property management would rather have the rent inceases (pay bonuses)than know that they have good -non trouble making tenants on the property. Keeping your apartment in outstanding shape and with no damage doesn't seem to keep you on their preferred list either.

Good luck to anyone who survives the outragous rent increases and future uncertainty due to the unwillingness to extend a decent one year lease to a good tenant.

Too bad this place is going down hill with it's unethical management practices. Our family had planned to stay a long time & are sad that we were forced to leave. Our children will greatly miss the friends they had made at Salmon Run.

We hope that the manager sees eventually that her passive-aggressive attitude toward tenants is detrimental to a healthy relationship between herself and her tenants.
