Nice apartments, but I had problems with management several times. Previous maintenance manager (Tony) was lazy and slow about getting work done. I had notices for petty stuff posted on my door, was overcharged for water bill, and had to deal with dog droppings all over the grass where my building was.

Grounds around my building where not kept well while buildings near the front office were kept immaculate. I had flooding on the first floor of my patio area that was never dealt with even though I complained a few times. If you take issue with a manager there, and contact corporate they will side with their staff and not deal with an issue, but have no problem with raising your rent upon every renewal period (especially if you complained on them).

They offer no activities for residents or their kids, and don't even give out the free calendars that most apartments give out as a courtesy. I really do not like the attitude of the management here towards residents. They act like they don't have to do anything but charge you more rent.

I was told that I left my apartment dirty upon move out when I made extra time to clean it, and left the place spotless. I was also accused of refusing a move out walk through, when I requested one, and received no response from the office. Manager, Andrea was lazy and vindictive, and Manager Janine was rigid and surly. I never got any part of my deposit back, and I believe that wasn't fair since even the apartment manager later on admitted that there was little to do in the apartment after I moved out. My apartment was rented about two weeks after I moved out, so it was in good shape. I would not recommend anyone move here based on my experience with the management. The apartments themselves are nice though.
