I live on the ground floor and have not experienced any issues with the management or with mold like some of the other postings have said. On the other hand I have experienced the pleasure of bugs in my home. However, the office did get the exterminator in, I still see a few here and there but I guess that is part of being on the bottom level. My neighbors are really quiet (I only hear them flush the toilet every once in a while). The maintenance seems efficient and friendly, which is more than I could say about when I lived at another well known Bothell property (ahem, Archstone). I have had a few issues with my dryer and my track lighting bulbs burn out a lot but that's not their fault and they were fixed in a reasonable time frame so, no biggie. I would recommend this place based on my experiences so far.
