These apartments are clean and quiet, the staff are all friendly and helpful. The bedrooms in the 1 bedroom are huge, which is nice, you can use it as an office. My only issue is the size of the rent increase, but that is not why I left (own a condo). I wouldrecommend this place to anyone. The biggest drawback is the traffic on 228th St around rush hour time, pretty near impossible to turn into the complex.
