I have lived here for over 2 years now and I have to agree with other renter's posts...it's one of the best places I have lived. I have other friends that complain about parking problems, crazy neighbors, and all sorts of wierd stories. Thank god this community isn't that way! I have great neighbors, my dog likes it (he made friends), and the parking is good. Last renewal I had a big increase but this year I barely had any change which is nice. The staff seems efficient and always knows my name when I come in. All in all this place is great and well worth the bit more in rent than some of the others in the area.
