I Wouldn?t Change It.

My fiance? and I bought our place in Sonoma last year and we have been 100% happy with it. Neither he nor I would change anything. Board and committee members are helpful, the townhomes are quiet and well-designed with lots of natural light, and our garage is a lifesaver. I love it!
The only downer is the parking. Sometimes its a little tight, especially if we have guests over, but every "community-type" complex we've lived in has been like that. I think its kind of a moot/ambient point...it just goes without saying that all but the priciest places are like that. Regardless, this place gave us a great "bang for our buck."
