My husband and I have owned a home here for over 18 months, and I can honestly say its one of the best places I have ever lived in!!
There is absolutely nothing I am unhappy about. Parking is occasionally a little cramped, but is actually BETTER than the other apartments and condos I've been in. PLUS, its close to the school and actually a good place for my kids to live.
If you can buy a home here, DO NOT pass up the opportunity to do so...I think I read someplace that Sonoma Villero won a bunch of awards. It wouldn't surprise me at all if it did.
