Yes, these started out as apartments probably with the plan of converting to condos (less strict standards I imagine)- I've owned a condo here for close to 3 years and generally like it - the problems I see are the parking and the noise (if you're on a bottom unit condo) - otherwise, you can't beat the location, the design and the price. I will be selling mine only because I need something bigger.
