Horrible Archstone Stonemeadow Farms

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I live here almost about 4-years and almost like as a slave to reduce the rent fee to 750 from 810 since the new rent is just 665. Is that fair enough. One more biggest issue, apartment #19-206 new Ladies neighbors, every month, they have late night party with a lot of friends and noise is extremely horrible on friday or saturday night. Complaint to Management and THEY'VE NEVE TAKING ANY ACTION on this dam neighbor. So many other neighbors had moved out and the time to move me out too. Mgmt keeps saying "providing quality service" .. huh! what da quality service they are. Only they are fairly welcome just beginning. Then.. suffers all entire of time living. #19 is just down-hill apartment and just very closed to 228th Street SE and the road noise is another nightmare.
