I recently moved out of Stonemeadow Farms and into a house. Of course an apartment can't compare to your own house but if I had to go back to apartment living, I would definately move back to Stonemeadow Farms. I LOVED my apartment! I had a more-than-affordable top floor with a killer view and only one flight of stairs. The apartment was in very good condition when I moved in and they tended to all of my maintenance needs almost immediatley after I put in any service requests. The grounds were always clean and the landscaping was always neat and tidy. I'm not sure what the other people are talking about- the staff was always friendly and helpful. Anytime I had a problem, they had an immediate soultion. They even offered me a way cheap garage when I renewed! Stonemeadow Farms is much nicer than most Bothell apartment communities. It's not right on a main road but has easy access to the freeway and stores. The prices aren't the lowest but competitive and definately worth the quality!
